Amped Up with Pinky- Cardio Kickboxing

This full body training program is an intense, no-contact workout which combines elements of kickboxing, aerobics, strength and balance routines. These movements provide overall physical conditioning of the heart and toning of the body. Warm up session will incorporate dynamic movements that will increase body temperature to prepare it for the workout. Cardio conditioning phase shall train the body to increase its speed, endurance and cardiovascular capacity by performing movement combinations from basic types of punches and kicks. Focus shall be given strongly on proper body mechanics, alignment and technique. Cool down session incorporates mat sciences for abs, back and stretching. Bring a mat, towel and hydration!
