BOOT CAMP takes a fun spin on fitness in a group setting presenting a mix of HITT and time under load exercises. A circuit of 10-12 exercises guaranteed to get your heart rate up while strengthening your total body. All ages and all fitness types are welcome. Every exercise can be tailored to your fitness level!
