A different kind of class that focuses on fitness components of strength, flexibility, and balance which becomes more and more important as we age.

Each class begins with a rhythmic warm-up and "flows" into a non-stop mix of traditional exercises, yoga, pilates, ballet and more utilizing a variety of tools.
