A 60 minute vinyasa yoga practice suitable for all levels followed by 15 minutes of guided meditation.

workout for your body.
Vinyasa is a great workout for the whole body. Combined with meditation, the body, mind and spirit benefit tremendously!
Comfy clothes, leggings or yoga pants and a yoga mat are recommended.
