Cardiofusion is a class with a mix of fitness essentials. The first half focuses on cardio benefits and the half is an unusual combination of strength, balance, and flexibility training utilizing non-stop movements from Yoga, Pilates, Ballet, and Traditional Exercises. Intermediate but can be adapted for most levels.
