Join Rachel Saturday Morning for a rejuvenating gentle flow yoga suitable for all ages and levels. Together using mindful movements and breath awareness we will help to build your strength, flexibility and balance.
The slow pace allows for deep connection to your breath and body. The gentle stretching helps to release tension and stress. Modifications and variations will be offered to ensure each pose is accessible to all.
Summer will be outdoors and indoors based on the weather
