Afterschool HUB 2026-2027
New London Recreation will offer afterschool programming at the New London Community Center starting directly afterschool, leaving all elementary schools by bus every day school is in session, excluding half days. Starts on the 1st day of school! Registration is open on our website. A payment plan is offered so you can register and reserve your child a spot all the way through the school year. Select which months you are registering for before checking out. Swimming lessons offered weekly on Fridays during aftercare (optional additional charge). Each participant is charged by the number of days of programming in the month. Parents or guardians must pick up participant by 5:30 PM each day. Snack/dinner provided each day. We are working on additional program options for half days/vacations that will be offered separately.
Date Information: Mon-Fri, on school days, Aug-Jun monthly; End of school- 5:30 PM
Cost: $25 per week with swim lesson included! (no charge for days there is no program)
Age Requirements: Grades Pre-K-6
Location: New London Community Center- bus picks up at Nathan Hale, and Winthrop are you from another school? - you can ask your school to drop off your child at the Community Center! Call us at 860-447-5230 to make arrangements once the bus is confirmed.
