Zumba - Zumba with Terry Give yourself the gift of dance + cardiovascular fitness! Each high-energy workout involves choreographed movements set to Latin-inspired rhythms (like Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, and Flamenco), and international music (like Bhangra/Bollywood and Tango), to name a few. Throw is some Soul, Pop, or Swing and the class is rockin' it! Routines will occasionally have song for strength training, using light hand weights or stretch bands. You don't need special dance skills to have a great time in Zumba® - the class is cued for beginner and experienced alike to easily follow the movements. Jump-start your fitness goals, embrace your inner child, and join in the dance fitness fun!
