6 wks of camp starting June 30! Come have fun with your friends over the summer!New London Recreation offers summer playground for ages 4-14. Breakfast & lunch are provided, pending meal funding approval. Activities include daily arts and crafts, playing outdoors, learning time, swimming lessons, board games, field trips and group games. RAIN or SHINE. Proof of residency is required for New London resident rate. Registration for the following week closes Wednesday (12:00 pm/noon) before each week of camp. Spots filling fast this year- don't wait! A $5 late fee will be applied after June 14, per registration, per weekNEW this year- payment plan option! Will focus on one of the seven chakras (main energy centers) in each class. We will explore the understanding of the subtle, energetic body while flowing through asana (body) and poses and pranayama (breath) techniques that are especially suited to highlight each one. For any yoga ability.

Surf and Turf is a 60 minute high intensity adult exercise class suitable for all ages. Located at Ocean Beach (parking is free); we spend half of the class in the sand or on the deck and the other half in our beautiful pool. Although the class is cardio intensive it takes a more athletic approach to water fitness! The support of the water helps to protect against injury while also supplying a resistance aspect as you push and pull through the water.

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM    Surf & Turf - Surf & Turf
Surf and Turf is a 60 minute high intensity adult exercise class suitable for all ages. Located at Ocean Beach (parking is free); we spend half of the class in the sand or on the deck and the other half in our beautiful pool. Although the class is cardio intensive it takes a more athletic approach to water fitness! The support of the water helps to protect against injury while also supplying a resistance aspect as you push and pull through the water.

Surf and Turf is a 60 minute high intensity adult exercise class suitable for all ages. Located at Ocean Beach (parking is free); we spend half of the class in the sand or on the deck and the other half in our beautiful pool. Although the class is cardio intensive it takes a more athletic approach to water fitness! The support of the water helps to protect against injury while also supplying a resistance aspect as you push and pull through the water.
