No prior experience is required as the classes are designed to simultaneously appeal to wide range of experience levels, but with each student receiving tailored attention as needed.A yoga mat and clothing that provides free movement is suggested. Spend the first 30 minutes doing a stroller workout and then in the second 30 minutes it's time for the you and your child to interact with all the participants. Led by certified chef James Clanton, the program combines over 20 years of professional culinary experience with a structured yet flexible curriculum that teaches foundational French cuisine techniques, kitchen safety, knife skills, and meal preparation in an engaging, confidence building environment. Participants gain real world skills they can immediately apply at home, while also benefiting from positive role modeling and community connection.

Stand-up Comedy Writing & Performance - Stand-up Comedy Writing & Performance For all experience levels. Learn and practice the basics of stand-up comedy, from point of view and storytelling to the details of joke structure and set construction. Use storytelling, joke-writing, and observational comedy techniques to build a five-minute set to be performed at a class show. Class contains a mix of writing, performance, and study (watching comedy!).

Preschool Sports - Preschool Sports- Fall Soccer Parent and child classes which will focus on sport specific skills. Throwing, hitting, catching, kicking, running, etc will be the different skills each parent will do with their child. The class is set up in stations so that each child/parent rotates around. A beginning warm up and ending activity will be done with the lead instructors as a group. We will not be playing full “sport specific games” however fun games associated with the sport will be played at the end of each night. Please bring water. Yoga with Bronwyn - Yoga Each class is comprised of a unique yoga routine made up of classic yogic poses, asanas, that balance strengthening, stretching, and relaxation. The practice is intended to enhance mental and physical health through attentiveness and ease during activity and rest. No prior experience is required as the classes are designed to simultaneously appeal to wide range of experience levels, but with each student receiving tailored attention as needed.A yoga mat and clothing that provides free movement is suggested. Program will take place in the dance room. No shoes are allowed in the room.
